BrightOps Privacy Notice

When you request a free Scan at go.brightops.us, we collect your email address (and first name if you give it) to deliver the Scan and send you related follow-up emails. That's it.

What we collect: your email address, optional name, and the page you opted in from.

How we use it: to send your Scan results and our email series. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it: our email provider (Resend) and website host (Cloudflare) process this data on our behalf. We use PostHog for anonymous page-event counts (no email). Submit alerts go to our ops channel. We don't sell this data.

Your choices: every email includes an unsubscribe link — click it anytime and you're removed from the series. You can also email privacy@brightops.us to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll respond within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA regardless of thresholds.

Retention: we keep opt-in contact records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, then remove them within 30 days.
